Advantages of the salted pig shanks in brine
The OrangeTop salted pig shanks in brine are produced according to our approved HACCP quality system. They can be stored without cooling facilities provided that you keep the salted pig shanks in brine in the shade. Our salted pig shanks in brine can be shipped in a 20’ dry container (630x 32 L barrels or 710x 20 L buckets per  container) or can be combined with our other salted pig products in brine. They have a very long shelf live of at least 12 months after production.
 
Hartjes Meat Processing supplies different salted and pickled pig products, packaged in barrels (18 or 32 litres litres) or buckets (10 or 20 litres).
